You Need To Know
What lease terms do you offer?
We accept lease terms between 6 and 15 months.
How much is the application fee?
A $50 application fee is for each applicant. A $200 administrative fee is due once the application is approved to secure the apartment.
What is the income requirement?
To qualify to lease one of our apartment homes, your gross monthly income needs to equal at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Applicants are required to submit income verification documents to Snappt, our third-party service, to be authenticated.
Is renters insurance required?
Proof of renters insurance is required at move in. Minimum insurance requirements are $100,000 of liability coverage and $10,000 for personal contents. Once you sign your lease, you will receive a link from Assurant where you can either upload a policy from a carrier of your choice or purchase a Pay-With-Rent policy.
Can I pay my rent online?
Electronic payments are required. Rent payments can be made through the resident portal. ACH payments are not subject to a convenience fee. Credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted; however, these credit card payments incur higher convenience fees compared to debit card payments which also incur fees based upon the amount of money being processed on the card.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are not included with rent. Residents are required to get gas and electricity in their own name.
Is parking included?
We offer open, unassigned parking. One vehicle per lease holder is permitted, and parking permits are required. Reserved parking spaces are available for $30 per month. Please contact the leasing office regarding work vehicles.
Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes, two pets per apartment are allowed with no weight or size limit. All applicants are required to create a pet profile with Pet Screening that includes a photo and other documentation as well as answer some questions about their pet. A fee is required to setup the profile. Breed restrictions include Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies. This applies to full or partial breeds. Applicants with service or support animals must submit documentation to PetScreening for approval. Emotional support animals need to be registered, and pet screening will approve all documents related to them.
What schools and transportation options are nearby?
The community is located within the Wake County School District, with nearby public schools including Green Elementary School, Carroll Middle School, and Sanderson High School. Residents also enjoy close proximity to several colleges and universities, including Meredith College, William Peace University, NC State, and Wake Technical Community College.
For commuting and regional travel, Raleigh Union Station, Cary Station, and Durham Amtrak Station are all easily accessible. Major highways including I-440, I-540, and I-40 are all within five miles, providing connectivity throughout the Triangle.
